Refund and Return Policy

At Éden Floral, we pride ourselves on providing the freshest, highest-quality floral arrangements. Because our products are perishable, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure you are satisfied while respecting the nature of live flowers.

Freshness Guarantee

We want you to love your flowers. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Damaged or Damaged Items: If your arrangement arrives damaged or in poor condition, please take a photo of the flowers and the packaging, and email it to edenfloral.montreal@gmail.com or call us at 514-505-2211. We will be happy to offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation and availability.

  • Care Instructions: To ensure the longevity of your blooms, please follow the care instructions included with your delivery. We cannot offer refunds for arrangements that have wilted due to improper care, environmental factors (e.g., extreme heat or cold), or neglect after delivery.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on floral arrangements, plants, or any perishable goods once they have been delivered or picked up.

Cancellations & Order Modifications

We understand that plans can change.

  • Order Changes: If you need to update a delivery address or message, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date.

Delivery Issues

  • Delivery Attempts: Please ensure that the recipient is available to receive the delivery. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the recipient is unavailable and no safe place to leave the arrangement exists, we may need to charge an additional delivery fee for a second attempt.

  • Incorrect Information: Éden Floral is not responsible for non-delivery or late delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. However, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you promptly to remediate the situation and ensure your arrangement reaches its destination in a timely manner.
